Oh Cripe! Someone is actually reading this?
Welcome to my personal blog! I'm thrilled to have you here, and I'm excited to share my thoughts, experiences, and learnings with you. This blog is a space where I combine my passions for homebrewing, craft beer, food science, a cornucopia of hobbies, professional development, and my female experience. Allow me to introduce myself and give you a glimpse into what you can expect to find here.
My name is Taylor. I live in and cherish the city of Milwaukee. I am a certified beer judge and spent the entirety of my R&D career in the food industry (people and pets). I love what I do, but when I'm off the clock, I also love Adventure Racing and doing other endurance sports with my husband, homebrewing, table top gaming, hiking, and trying new places, foods, and activities.
Why a blog? I love to learn: the topic does not matter. My current hobby of choice is homebrewing, but that may change and the posts will reflect accordingly. I could be typing this into an unnamed Word document, but instead I made it an online journal.
In this blog, you can expect a mix of informative and thought-provoking articles, personal anecdotes, beer reviews, interviews, and more. I'm here to share my opinions and experiences openly, but I also encourage respectful dialogue and diverse perspectives. Your feedback and comments are always welcome, as they help create a vibrant and engaging community.
I hope that my blog serves as a source of inspiration, education, and entertainment. Whether you're looking to expand your knowledge of homebrewing, discover new craft beers, gain insights into professional development, or explore the intersections of feminism and various aspects of life, you've come to the right place. Thank you for joining me on this exciting journey—I can't wait to embark on this adventure together.
Cheers!
