Welcome to my personal blog! I'm thrilled to have you here, and I'm excited to share my thoughts, experiences, and learnings with you. This blog is a space where I combine my passions for homebrewing, craft beer, food science, a cornucopia of hobbies, professional development, and my female experience. My name is Taylor.  I live in and cherish the city of Milwaukee.  I am a certified beer judge and spent the entirety of my R&D career in the food industry (people and pets).  I love what I do, but when I'm off the clock, I also love Adventure Racing and doing other endurance sports with my husband, homebrewing, table top gaming, hiking, and trying new places, foods, and activities.  

 

Why a blog? I love to learn: the topic does not matter.  My current hobby of choice is homebrewing, but that may change and the posts will reflect accordingly.  I could be typing this into an unnamed Word document, but instead I made it an online journal.

In this blog, you can expect a mix of informative and thought-provoking articles, personal anecdotes, beer reviews, interviews, and more.
